Meet Shelby

Shelby grew up and still resides in beautiful Springwater, ON, which just neighbours the shores of Georgian Bay. She has spent her years seeing, visiting, enjoying and now working on many different sides of Georgian Bay and the surrounding area. She loves and enjoys everything about where she lives and her passion is helping people find that same feeling.

Whether you are relocating here, a first timer wanting to get in the market, looking for your forever home or maybe searching for your dream cottage – Shelby knows how to connect on a real level with her clients. She is kind, loving and understanding and always wants her clients to feel respected, heard and acknowledged! .. and of course, loves to have some laughs along the way!!

This young “go getter” also has a beautiful young family, which are all her number one fans. They enjoy the outdoors in the summer months fishing and boating at the cottage and the cold snowy months enjoying the trails on their snowmobiles. Either work or play this family is always on the go!

Shelby also understands investment properties as well, whether it be multi family or even short term vacation rentals, Shelby is  a wealth of knowledge. Alway trying to help her clients make a plan, to not just look at this year but to help see what the property “could be” or “will be” in years to come.

Shelby’s goals include; travelling more in the future, owning more investment properties, getting a motorcycle and maybe, eventually, get Jeff to jump out of a plane and sky dive with her!
