SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?
It means that it’s a great time to be listing your property for sale. We have motivated buyers that are still looking to make their move. The average sale prices for homes are up over a staggering 59% showing that buyers are willing to pay to get the property they want. Here’s the key element, the number of active listings are down – there’s less inventory for buyers to choose from and that means that your home is worth more than ever!
Severn & Area has an abundance of cultural festivals and events, many located on the waterfront. During the winter, celebrate everything we love about the snow. Severn has it all to keep you and your family entertained all year long.

SEVERN SNOWMAN CHALLENGE
Township of Severn is proclaiming the Month of the Snowman! Join the celebration by getting outside and building your own frosty creation! Here’s how you can get involved:
- Build a snowman with your household members in your yard or at a local park. Big or small, traditional or creative—build it your own way!
- Take a picture and share your creation on social media using #MySevernSnowman.
- Challenge your family, friends and colleagues from a distance.
We may not be able to gather together, but we can fill Severn with snowfolk!
